Definitions

• "Service" — the Promptly website and all online courses offered through it.
• "User" or "You" — any person who visits the website or enrols in a course.
• "We", "Us", "Our" — Promptly, based at 61 Si Chan Road, Nai Muang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand.
• "Content" — all materials, exercises, project briefs, and feedback provided as part of a course track.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form or completing enrolment, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

Service Description

Promptly provides three online AI development course tracks:

• Track 01 — Working with Language Models (฿3,900)
• Track 02 — Building AI-Assisted Apps (฿7,500)
• Track 03 — Responsible AI & Capstone (฿11,700)

Courses are delivered fully online in English. We reserve the right to modify course content, structure, and pricing with reasonable notice. Geographic availability may vary; contact us if you are unsure whether our service is available in your location.

Enrolment and Course Access

Access to course materials is granted after successful payment. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Not sharing access with third parties.
• Submitting your own original project work.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe these conditions have been violated.

User Responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to copy, redistribute, or resell course content.
• Do not use the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.
• Treat mentors and support staff respectfully in all communications.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including text, exercises, and project briefs, remain the intellectual property of Promptly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own learning purposes only.

Project work you create during the course remains your intellectual property. Promptly may reference anonymised project examples in its materials with your consent.

Payment and Refunds

Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted are communicated at enrolment.

Refund eligibility:

• Full refund if requested within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than the first module.
• Partial refund may be available within 14 days of enrolment if significant course materials have not been accessed — contact us to discuss.
• No refund after 14 days or once a majority of course materials have been accessed.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• Completing a course will lead to any specific employment outcome.
• AI development skills learned will be suitable for any particular application.

Course content is educational in nature and does not constitute professional technical, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Promptly's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time. If we terminate your access for breach of these terms, no refund will be provided. If you withdraw from a course, the refund policy in Section 07 applies.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes should first be raised informally by contacting [email protected]. If an informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Khon Kaen, Thailand.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This document and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Promptly regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active students of material changes by email.
