Technology
Working with tools that are actually used
Promptly's courses focus on working with language models through widely available interfaces and APIs rather than proprietary school-specific tools. What you learn transfers to real projects.
Track 02 introduces code alongside AI models, covering testing approaches so you understand how your application behaves under different inputs. Track 03 takes this further into evaluation methodology.
Support
Questions answered by people, not bots
When you have a question about course content, you write to the Promptly team and receive a response from a person. Enrolment, technical questions, and feedback on projects all go through the same channel.
Office hours run Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm ICT, with limited Saturday availability. Response times for project feedback are communicated at the start of each track.

Capstone presentation included
Track 03 ends with a formal presentation of your capstone project. You practise explaining what your application does, how you evaluated it, and what you would do differently — a skill that matters in real settings.
Honest framing of AI limits
The curriculum does not oversell what AI systems can do. Where there are known failure modes, the material explains them. Students graduate with a realistic picture rather than an inflated one.
Tracks you can enter mid-sequence
If you already have relevant background, you can discuss joining Track 02 or Track 03 directly. The school does not require you to pay for content you have already covered elsewhere.
